Cradlepoint-Ericsson

Cellular and 5G wireless WAN that Landmark deploys where a wired circuit can't reach, can't reach reliably, or can't get there in time — NetCloud-managed routers and adapters for branch connectivity, WAN failover, mobile/vehicle networks, and IoT.

What Landmark delivers

Landmark designs and deploys Cradlepoint-Ericsson cellular edge connectivity across the networking domain — sizing the wireless WAN, provisioning carriers and SIMs, configuring the routers, and managing the fleet through Cradlepoint's NetCloud platform. Cellular and 5G fit three jobs Landmark sees often: connecting branch and remote sites where wired circuits are slow, costly, or unavailable; providing automatic WAN failover so a site stays online when its primary link drops; and networking mobile and IoT assets — vehicles, cameras, sensors, and field equipment — that move or sit outside the wired plant.

Wireless WAN routers and adapters

Cradlepoint endpoints bring cellular and 5G connectivity to fixed sites, vehicles, and IoT deployments — used as a primary link or as failover behind a wired circuit.

NetCloud management

Cradlepoint's cloud platform manages the fleet — configuration, monitoring, and security policy — from one place, so a distributed cellular network is run centrally instead of box by box.

Why Cradlepoint-Ericsson in Landmark's portfolio

Cellular and 5G close the gaps a wired network leaves: new or temporary sites that can't wait on a circuit, locations where a second wired path for redundancy isn't available, and mobile or field assets that were never going to be wired at all. Cradlepoint, now an Ericsson company, pairs purpose-built wireless-WAN hardware with central NetCloud management — which is what makes a distributed cellular footprint practical to operate. It complements the wired networking Landmark deploys (see Cisco and Ruckus) rather than replacing it.

Procurement and contracting

Landmark contracts through national distribution and holds the major cooperative purchasing agreements public-sector buyers use — including NCPA, OMNIA, Sourcewell, EQUALIS Group, and Texas DIR — and is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (NMSDC). Commercial buyers procure directly. Which vehicle applies depends on your organization and the products in scope; tell us how you buy and Landmark will confirm the path. Cooperative-purchasing detail lives on the Municipal & County Government page.
