Install & Finish Services

Landmark owns engagements through physical delivery, not just procurement. Structured cabling, rack-and-stack installation, ceiling-mount work for cameras and access points, and IT finish work on tenant improvements, remodels, and new construction — delivered through established install-partner relationships matched to the project scope.

Recent engagement

Landmark has built and proposed a full tenant-improvement structured cabling scope for a Southern California city hall third-floor TI — 118 CAT6A drops across 59 outlet locations, IDF rack reconfiguration with patch-panel replacement, shop drawings, as-built documentation, Fluke test reports, 15-year manufacturer warranty — with the install-partner relationship assembled and the proposal stack delivery-ready. The specific bid did not close; the scope template and the partner relationship are in place for the next install-and-finish engagement.

Additional install scopes sourced through partner network on request.

How Landmark resources engagements

Specialists matched per engagement.
Operator owns the relationship.

Engineering capacity is matched per engagement from a longstanding network of senior specialists — Cisco CCIEs, Hitachi-certified storage architects, Cisco Networking Black Belt-certified specialists, and other manufacturer-authorized resources sized to the project. The engagement network holds 11 Cisco Networking Black Belt certifications. The operator scopes and owns every engagement directly.

Procurement vehicles include the EC America, Inc. NCPA / OMNIA cooperative purchasing contract #01-137 on which Landmark is an approved participating dealer — a public-sector purchasing path used to source Veeam licensing for the Arizona municipal police department engagement referenced above.

Landmark is MBE-certified through NMSDC. Additional procurement and contract-vehicle detail surfaces on the Industries: Municipal & County Government page and in the capability statement PDF.
