The Company's website is a business sales, information, customer portal, and operator-direct communication site. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

If you purchase the Company's products and services, billing and payment information is required to complete the transaction. The Company does not directly store sensitive financial information; payment processing is handled by compliant third-party gateways.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) sending us an email message; (c) submitting a Contact form on this website; (d) submitting payment information through our third-party gateway when ordering products and services. We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and / or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Use of Your Personal Information

The Company collects and uses your personal information in the following ways:

  • To operate and deliver the services you have requested

  • To provide you with notices about your account
  • To carry out the Company's obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered between you and us, including for billing and collection

  • For any other purpose with your consent

The Company may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from the Company and its affiliates.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Company does not sell or rent its customer lists to third parties for monetary compensation. We disclose personal information to trusted third-party service providers and channel partners solely to execute business operations, including:

  • Core Processors: Vendor platforms like Intuit (QuickBooks), HubSpot, Inc. and Cloudflare, Inc. used to manage operations.
  • Channel Partners & Manufacturers: Distribution partners and manufacturer partners to process transactions, report contract utilization, provide maintenance/support services, or deliver co-branded marketing initiatives.

We do not permit these third parties to use your personal information except to provide these explicitly authorized services.

The Company may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the Company or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of the Company; and / or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Company or the public.

Manufacturer-Syndicated Landing Pages

Some pages branded as Landmark Technologies and a manufacturer partner ("co-branded landing pages") are hosted by the manufacturer's content syndication platform, not by the Company directly. Examples include, but are not limited to, landing pages hosted by Hitachi Vantara's Partner Marketing Hub, Veeam ProPartner, and Cisco Marketing Velocity Central.

When you interact with these pages or submit information through their forms, your data is collected by the manufacturer's platform and routed to the Company through the manufacturer's partner system. The manufacturer's privacy practices apply alongside this Policy. Each co-branded landing page is configured to display the Company's privacy policy alongside the manufacturer's own privacy disclosure; review both before submitting personal information through any co-branded form.

Your Privacy Choices

We give you meaningful control over the personal information you share with us. At any time, you may:

  • Request access to the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, including the categories of personal information we have disclosed to third parties for a business purpose.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to the exceptions described in the "Right to Deletion" section below.
  • Opt out of marketing communications and of the disclosure of your personal information to third-party partners. If you opt out of disclosure, we will refrain from disclosing your personal information unless you later provide express authorization.

To exercise any of these choices, contact us at info@lndmrktech.com or visit https://lndmrktech.com/contact-preferences. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these choices, and we will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Tracking User Behavior

The Company may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Company's web properties in order to determine which Company services are most relevant to visitors and how the site is performing. This data is used to improve site content, navigation, and the relevance of information presented to users whose behavior indicates interest in a particular subject area. The Company does not use this data to serve third-party advertising.

Automatically Collected Information

The Company may automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Company's website.

Use of Cookies

The Company's website uses "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

The Company distinguishes between two categories of cookies and similar technologies used on its website:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function and for features you actively engage. These include cookies set by HubSpot Forms and HubSpot Meetings when you submit a Contact form or book a meeting (visitor recognition, session management, form pre-population, and scheduling). Essential cookies load without a separate consent step because they are necessary to deliver the service you requested. HubSpot's cookie practices are governed by HubSpot's own privacy policy in addition to this Policy.
  • Analytics cookies — used to understand how visitors navigate the site so we can improve content, structure, and performance. The Company uses HubSpot's site-analytics tracking script (page-view, session, and visitor analytics) for this purpose. Analytics cookies are set only after you affirmatively accept them through the cookie banner displayed on your first visit. If you deny, the HubSpot analytics tracking script is not loaded and no HubSpot analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer.
  • Other third-party analytics or marketing platforms — added on the Company's website from time to time, with disclosure here when material to user data flows. Any such platforms set through this site will be gated by the same analytics-consent control described above.

You may also accept or decline cookies through your browser settings. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Company's services or websites you visit.

Data Retention

The Company retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including ongoing business relationship management, legal and contractual obligations, and historical record-keeping for delivered engagements. Specific retention periods:

  • Contact form submissions and CRM contact records: retained for the duration of the business relationship plus seven (7) years thereafter for tax and contractual compliance, or until you request deletion per the Right to Deletion section below.
  • Cooperative purchasing transaction records: retained per the contract terms of each cooperative (typically seven to ten years).
  • Automatically-collected log and analytics data: retained in identifiable form for thirteen (13) months, then anonymized or aggregated.

The Company may retain personal information for longer periods if required by law or in the event of pending or threatened legal proceedings.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. Security of Your Personal Information

The Company secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The Company uses the following methods for this purpose:

  • SSL / TLS Protocol

When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol or its successors through our third-party payment processors.

We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet that are beyond our control; and (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this site cannot be guaranteed.

Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

  • Delete your personal information from our records; and
  • Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

  • Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;
  • Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity;
  • Comply with an existing legal, tax, or regulatory obligation, including mandatory transaction reporting for cooperative purchasing alliances.
