Cooperative Purchasing

The contract's already in place. Use it through Landmark.

Public agencies don't have to run a fresh RFP to buy technology. Landmark delivers through publicly procured, competitively solicited cooperative contracts — so eligible buyers get compliant pricing without the solicitation cycle. The deepest of these is the Equalis Group / TD SYNNEX technology contract, and membership is free. Commercial buyers don't need any of this — they purchase directly; cooperatives are the public-sector path.

How it works

How cooperative purchasing works.

A cooperative — or "piggybackable" — contract is one a lead agency already competed and awarded through a public solicitation. Once your organization is a member, you buy off that contract directly, which keeps the purchase compliant without running your own RFP.

  1. Step 1

    Confirm or get access

Check your organization's membership in the relevant cooperative or register. For Equalis, registration is free and takes minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Bring Landmark the scope

We size the project and map it to the right vehicle — Equalis/TD SYNNEX, NCPA, OMNIA, or Texas DIR.

  3. Step 3

    Buy off the contract

Pricing, terms, and the audit trail are already in place. Landmark quotes, fulfills, and delivers.

Which vehicle fits depends on your organization and what you're buying. Tell us how you buy and Landmark will confirm the path.
